This EP is the second Binaural beats EP I have produced. There are five tracks using binaural beats to get your brain into synchronisation, but this EP has an extra focus on using natural soundscapes layered over the top to help connect with Mother Earth. I have used the a main five categories of brain waves starting from high functioning through to deep sleep: Gamma; Beta; Alpha; Theta; Delta. Binaural beats uses a slightly different frequency in each ear (and for these tracks in the bass frequencies). Your brain then creates a beating corresponding to the difference in frequency (e.g. if you hear 100Hz in one ear, and 105Hz in the other ear, your brain will make a beat at 5Hz - or 5 times a second) - this forces your brain waves to synchronise and can put you in a different state of consciousness, from hyper alert to deep sleep. To get the full effect you need to listen on headphones.

These tracks are great for meditation or general concentration. The order of tha album starts with high level focused concentration, and slow down for each track with the final track emulating a deep dreamless sleep state.
