This EP contains five tracks using binaural beats to get your brain into synchronisation. I have used the a main five categories of brain waves starting from high functioning through to deep sleep: Gamma; Beta; Alpha; Theta; Delta. Binaural beats uses a slightly different frequency in each ear (and for these tracks in the bass frequencies). Your brain then creates a beating corresponding to the difference in frequency (e.g. if you hear 100Hz in one ear, and 105Hz in the other ear, your brain will make a beat at 5Hz - or 5 times a second) - this forces your brain waves to synchronise and can put you in a different state of consciousness, from hyper alert to deep sleep. To get the full effect you need to listen on headphones.

I was inspired to make people feel at one with yourself. Great for meditation or general concentration. I hope you enjoy!
