Alpha Binaural Beats @ 10Hz

Alpha waves are present when we are awake but relaxed. They are thought to connect the conscious to the sub conscious and connect our body and mind. This is a similar state to meditation when there is deep breathing and/or mantras while the mind is focussed on a function of the body - whether that be listening and counting your breathing, to focusing on specific parts of your body.

This track has a recording of my heartbeat and slow breathing throughout. Other Buddhist mantras from Tibet and chanting in temples from Mongolia were sourced from ‘The Free Sound Project’ (links below) and heavily processed to give an etherial feeling.
