Theta Binaural Beats @ 5Hz

Theta waves are active during Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep when we are dreaming. It is thought that the majority of the activity is from the limbic and hippocampal region.

The word ‘hippo campus’ is derived from the Greek hippokampus (hippos, meaning “horse,” and kampos, meaning “sea monster”), since the structure's shape resembles that of a sea horse. With this in mind, dreamy textures and sounds that resemble an underwater theme were used.
